Skaped is comprised of a team of paid staff and volunteers; we are working on adding more paid roles as we grow.
We are always on the lookout for people who have a strong passion for social justice, education, and/or creative arts and who are willing to come to learn, grow, and try new things with our team. We often work collaboratively across our departments and offer training and development opportunities with external organisations alongside your training with Skaped. We’re unconventional and constantly trying to work in a different way from traditional social change groups to meet our team’s needs; this also means we’re paving our own path, so patience, good communication skills, and an innovative spirit are a necessity.
